No, you can't unload your luggage in front of the entrance before parking because there isn't enough room to stop the car. Just park your car in the car park and then take your time unloading your luggage.

A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, which must be paid within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or in any current promotions.
Yes, of course, you can cancel a reservation.
After making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required, which must be paid within 7 days:
- if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, the amount paid will be fully refunded;
- if you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival, a voucher will be issued, which can be used within one year of issuance at any Color Holiday property and is transferable to third parties;
- if the cancellation is communicated within the last 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount paid will be retained.
30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE.
Depending on when the cancellation is made, the payment will either be refunded via bank transfer, a voucher will be issued, or the amount will be retained. The remaining balance will always be refunded via bank transfer, even if the cancellation is made just a few days before arrival.
Here's the Color Alexandra Plaza policy regarding early departures:
- for stays of 1 to 3 nights, payment for at least 3 nights at the non-discounted rate will be required;
- for stays of 3 to 5 nights, payment will be required only for the nights actually stayed at non-discounted rates;
- in the event of serious illness or bereavement (with a doctor's note), you will be charged only for the nights actually stayed, and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of booking will remain in effect (based on the daily rate).

One caveat: once the deposit has been paid, regardless of the payment method used, the remaining balance can no longer be paid in installments.
