We are taking the utmost precautions to prepare our property to welcome you in the best possible way also for the coming summer, ensuring you a safe stay.

Once again, we are committed to maintaining our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in response to the current situation,

additional and even stricter measures regarding disinfection, in compliance with the guidelines provided by the SSN.

These are some of the precautions we are taking to ensure you a safe stay and to make you feel comfortable:

1) The ROOM

will be RIGOROUSLY CLEANED before, during and after your stay.
Special emphasis will be given to the cleaning of common areas (bathrooms, halls, corridors, lifts), with scrupulous attention paid to the most frequently touched objects: handles and knobs, lift buttons, handrails, switches...

2) INTERPERSONAL DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 1 METRE

in all common areas

3) DISINFECTANT SOLUTIONS

available to everyone in the common areas

4) STAFF

competent and ADEQUATELY TRAINED in HYGIENE and SAFETY

5) WASHING

Of linen and tablecloth at the MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE PERMITTED

6) DISINFECTION

at REGULAR INTERVALS in the COMMON AREAS with particular attention given to door knobs, light switches, remote controls, tables, fans, window handles, keys, hairdryers, balcony railings, toilets, lifts

7) AIR CIRCIULATION

at REGULAR INTERVALS in the COMMON AREAS

8) SPECIAL ATTENTION

given to glasses, cutlery and tablecloth used in our refreshment areas

9) USE OF GLOVES

and SINGLE USE CLOTHS for CLEANING and DISINFECTING activities
