RESERVATION
VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay to be sent within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified within the quote or current promotions.
COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE
What happens if you can't make the trip?
A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required upon booking, to be sent within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, a voucher will be issued. It can be used within 2 years after being issued in all Color Holiday properties and can be transferred to third parties.
If the cancellation is made in the last 6 days before the date of your arrival, the full amount paid will be retained.

HOURS
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive before that time, you can already register and start enjoying all our services such as the All Inclusive, parking, lunch and we will also check if we can give you the keys to your room as soon as possible. We will let you know when it is ready.
WHAT IS THE CHECK-OUT TIME?
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. To avoid queues or waiting, we advise guests to pay their bill the night before or during their stay. Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability, directly at the reception at an additional cost.
RESTAURANT
IS LUNCH INCLUDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
Our board bases start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. If you do not have lunch when you arrive, you can request a packed lunch on the day of departure.
FOOD ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
We cannot guarantee the non-contamination of products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to dealing with severe food intolerances or allergies (e.g., celiac disease). So, in order to protect you, we ask you to contact us so that we can work out the best solution for both parties.
PAYMENTS
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay a fee equal to the cost of 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE STAY?
Payment directly at the hotel by cash, debit card, check and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
CHILDREN
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE KIDS?
The real question is: what shouldn't I bring? Travel light, because in the hotel you will find high chairs, bed rails, strollers, night lights, baby bathtubs, travel cots, bicycle child seats, disposable bibs and plastic dishes, bottle warmers and potty training seats.
REGULATIONS
CAN I TAKE MY PET ON VACATION?
Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small pets (max 10 kg), we will add a small surcharge to your vacation to sanitize your room at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool.
