Booking and cancellation conditions

Everything you need to know about your next vacation at COLOR ALEXANDRA PLAZA FAMILY HOTEL

Full Board: Rates quoted are per stay, per room, in Full Board, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services which may be added separately.

Check-In Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. onwards. In case of early arrival, the reception staff will be sure to check the possibility of giving you the keys to your room as soon as possible and offer the services available.

Check-out Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise stated. In the event of check-out after this time, the daily rate will be charged.

Periods of less than 3 days An extra charge of 30% is applied on the daily rate for stays of less than 3 days.

FREE STAY FOR KIDS 1 or 2 children in a room with 2 adults stay free of charge.

MEALS NOT CONSUMED Meals not consumed at the hotel are not deductible from the rate of your stay.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except when specifically stated.

VALIDITY OF BOOKING Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days after receiving the confirmation.

CANCELLATION In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the entire amount paid will be refunded in the form of voucher which can be used before September 30, 2024.

EARLY DEPARTURE In case of early departure the guest is required to pay a fee equal to the rate for 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be withheld.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel by cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
