With the "Feel Happy" formula you can cancel your holiday before the arrival date without incurring any penalty.
For cancellations beyond the limit set for each month (see below), only your deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellations after the deadlines (indicated above), only the deposit will be retained as a penalty, except for extraordinary cancellations "Cause Covid", such as impediments in travel or confirmed contagion from Covid-19, in which case the deposit will be, of your choice, returned or redeemed for a voucher of equal value.

- July: cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before arrival
- August: cancellation without penalty up to 14 days before arrival
- September: from 1/09 to 19/09 cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before arrival; from 20 September: cancellation without penalty up to 3 days before arrival
